★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seguros Banorte es un asco, tengo grabación es de como me dejan esperando hasta 10 minutos por la atención, no sé que sigue, no me han llamado, tuve que investigar por mi cuenta todo el proceso, mejor deberían pagarme a mi en vez de a su personal, la gente que atiende no tiene supervisión parece que te están haciendo un favor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención se tardan mucho para un solo trámite sencillo , lo hace para que tu trámite se valla a tres o 4 meses cuando yo pago al corriente, los policías de la entrada son excelentes ellos me ayudaron más que la gente capacitada de adentro me imagino tienen una comisiones más alta si alargan más tu trámite para no pagar jamás vuelvo a contratar este seguro primera y último vez

No contestan Telefonos y en su oficina nunca estan Presentes. Mi caso tiene mas de 1 mes sin resolverse 26 de enero de 2022. NO CONTRATEN SEGUROS BANORTE......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí a las oficinas creyendo que iba a ser un trámite engorroso y tardado, pero todo lo contrario, me chocaron mi coche por la parte trasera y decidí llevarlo a valuación del golpe para arreglarlo por fuera, ya que la agencia me tardaba mucho, llegué y me atendieron al minuto, llene mi formulario y me indicaron pasar el coche con los valuadores del golpe, me dieron respuesta en 15 minutos y la Srita. Martha Laura Melo que me atendió en todo momento muy amable y eficiente, me indicó que en 8 días hábiles mandaban el formato de cobro del seguro, y si, en los siguientes ocho días hábiles me llegó el correo y pude cobrarlo sin problema ni contratiempo. No a todos nos va tan mal, o tal vez tuve mucha suerte, espero ustedes también.
