★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal manejó del agente en los pagos de seguro ya que el seguro Qualitas cuando lo necesite me dijieron el agente de ventas no iso el pago del seguro y no podemos responder por los daños de los vehículos involucrados (se pagó el 1 de octubre del 2020 el año completo lo necesite el 2 de diciembre del 2020 y el agente de ventas no iso el pago del seguro y no me valieron mi póliza por culpa del agente de ventas el cual no a echo el pago del depósito que yo le pagué en efectivo)
The agent mishandled the insurance payments since the Qualitas insurance when I needed it, the sales agent told me not to pay the insurance and we cannot respond for the damages of the vehicles involved (it was paid on October 1, 2020 the I need it for a full year on December 2, 2020 and the sales agent did not isolate the insurance payment and my policy was not worth me because of the sales agent who did not make the payment of the deposit that I paid in cash)
