★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, me atendieron por un siniestro de pérdida total y el tiempo de gestión fue entendible (2 meses) para lo tardado del procedimiento, económico a comparación de otras aseguradoras, nunca ponen trabas para atender o responder, incluso ellos te marcan o te contactan para dar seguimiento, un excelente seguro que recomiendo ampliamente.
Excellent service, they treated me for a total loss claim and the management time was understandable (2 months) for the length of the procedure, inexpensive compared to other insurers, they never put obstacles to attend or respond, even they dial you or contact you to follow up, an excellent insurance that I highly recommend.

Desde hace varios meses se encuentra el automóvil de mi mamá en la agencia después de que se lo chocaron. La gente del seguros El Potosí no hacen caso, no responden, no nos informan de cambios y tienen malas condiciones de reparación. El auto debió darse como pérdida total pero el seguro prefiere comprar piezas baratas, no originales para arreglar el auto.
Busquen algún seguro mejor, no volvemos a contratar un seguro de este corporativo.

For several months, my mother's car has been found at the agency after it was hit. The people of the El Potosí insurance do not pay attention, they do not respond, they do not inform us of changes and they have poor repair conditions. The car should have been reported as a total loss but the insurance prefers to buy cheap, non-original parts to fix the car.
Look for some better insurance, we will not take out insurance from this corporation again.
