AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!! BRANDS AND THEY NEVER ANSWER, AS WELL AS THEY SERVE CUSTOMERS!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!

The insurer is completely disgusting. My claim was two months ago, as of today, they have not given me resolution of my damages or the amounts to be reimbursed. I have to be behind the claims analyst and the operations supervisor, they don't want to send me written information so I don't have support. Their service is lousy.

I have a policy with this insurer which is going to expire, I have been trying to communicate with the sales area for 2 days AND THEY DO NOT ANSWER, so if they have that attention TO SELL, I do not want to imagine how they will be to attend claims AND EVEN WORSE WHEN THEY HAVE TO INDEMNIFY, I will choose to contract with another insurer!

BRENDA VIDAL (manager) does everything possible so that you do not return what is supposed to support your insurance record. Be very careful not to trust this type of "companies" that instead of helping you make your situation worse

Very bad attention, not professional at all, they do not attend to complaints and never answer. Pay several policies through a government entity that for obvious reasons I do not mention the name but despite generating the punctual payments we never had the service, the application of the payments was never generated and when called to verify they reported invalid policies from the start of hiring. The service was taken over for one of our collaborators and the service was denied despite checking the payments. It was necessary to hire services from outside to attend to the claim, which led to the request for the return of said policy payments via email, calls and appointments with agents, managers and other people. Everything was managed according to their requirements, the payments were displayed for their corresponding return and now everyone throws the ball and it is time that they do not make my return. Their intention is that they work with their company but they do not have an iota of professionalism and although it was the problem of all their operations and people from commutator to managers they pretend that by not answering by any means they will not follow the relevant process and it will take until the last resort. In truth, all those who have a policy with this company change company, they will never give a solution to their problems. And it is not a company to which you can trust your security.
