★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Después de personalmente denunciar el robo de un vehículo, ofrecí al Lic. Miguel Gutiérrez telefónicamente llevar el acta a la sucursal Tepa. Me comentó que no era necesario, y que la podía dejar con un cliente que tenemos en San Juan, donde la iba a recoger. 5 semanas después me reclaman de otra parte de Seguros El Potosí que nunca entregamos el acta. Resulta que el Lic. nunca pasó por ella y cuando se lo reclamé se hizo él que no sabía de nada.
Terrible service. After personally reporting the theft of a vehicle, I offered Mr. Miguel Gutiérrez by telephone to take the minutes to the Tepa branch. She told me that it was not necessary, and that I could leave her with a client that we have in San Juan, where she was going to pick her up. 5 weeks later they claim me from another part of Seguros El Potosí that we never delivered the minutes. It turns out that Lic. Never went through it and when I claimed it he became that he didn't know anything.
