★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, por teléfono es todo amabilidad, pero sus ajustadores, hacen hasta lo imposible, por no que no te paguen, les puse una estrella porque no hay opción de no poner, la verdad no los recomiendo para nada.
 Terrible service, by phone it's all kindness, but their adjusters do the impossible, so they don't pay you, I gave them a star because there is no option not to put them, the truth is I don't recommend them at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He asegurado el auto por 2 años con esta aseguradora, sin embargo, no la recomiendo, siempre hay que tratar con agentes de empresas subcontratadas por ellos y sin conocimiento de sus seguros y de como resolver el mas minimo de los problemas, sus teléfonos se oyen pésimo aun cuando estas en un ligar silencioso, su portal no carga documentos automáticamente y hay que estar mandando correos y rogando que actualicen los documentos. Yo llevo mas de un mes solicitando a su departamento de calidad y del portal que suban la poliza que pagué de contado hace mas de un mes. Eviten esto y contraten con una aseguradora con mas nivel en tecnología.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO, desafortunadamente he tenido que solicitar de su asistencia Y EL TIEMPO DE LLEGADA FUE 4 HORAS después de reportar el incidente y otras 3 horas en qué llegue la grúa, En verdad NO ESTOY EXAGERANDO, además SU CATÁLOGO de talleres es muy reducido y de muy mala calidad. NADA RECOMENDABLE.
Es una lastima que empresas de seguros como está ofrezca un servicio tan pobre y tan caro por lo que realmente ofrece y da.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LA PEOR ASEGURADORA! ⚠️⚠️⛔️ contraten ni tiren a la basura su dinero. No resuelven nada. Tengo asegurado mi auto con ellos, tuve un siniestro y mandaron mi coche a un pseudo taller. Mi coche lleva 4 meses en el taller y no pueden resolver la fecha de entrega de éste. Nadie me contesta y ahora salen con que es pérdida total. Después de 4 meses!! ???
THE WORST INSURER! ⚠️⚠️⛔️ hire or throw away your money. They don't solve anything. I have my car insured with them, I had an accident and they sent my car to a pseudo workshop. My car has been in the workshop for 4 months and they cannot resolve the delivery date of it. No one answers me and now they say it's a total loss. After 4 months!! ???
