De dos citas que me dieron para poder cancelar mis seguros, en ninguna se presentaron y NI SIQUIERA TUVIERON LA ATENCIÓN de llamarme para cancelarme y agendarme cita en otro día. ¿Acaso creen que yo tengo su tiempo? Que falta de seriedad, compromiso, puntualidad y todos los demás valores que impliquen el tomar en cuenta al cliente. Hubiera querido ponerlos en menos 5 estrellas o de perdiste dejarlos sin ninguna estrella, pero desgraciadamente para publicar mi calificación debo ponerles aunque sea una estrella, QUE CONSTE QUE PARA MI, SU SERVICIO NO MERECE NINGUNA ESTRELLA
 TERRIBLE SERVICE. Not wanting to return for the change. Of two appointments they gave me to cancel my insurance, none of them showed up and THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE ATTENTION to call me to cancel and make an appointment for another day. Do you think I have your time? That lack of seriousness, commitment, punctuality and all the other values that imply taking the client into account. I would have liked to put them at less than 5 stars or you lost to leave them without any stars, but unfortunately to publish my rating I must put even one star on them, WHEREAS FOR ME, YOUR SERVICE DOES NOT DESERVE ANY STAR
