Aún queda un papeleo pendiente. Ya actualizaré sobre la experiencia aquí, pero soy optimista basado en la que acabo de tener.
At this branch the attention was quick and friendly. The procedure I did was not difficult. The person at the window guided me patiently in filling out the forms. There is still paperwork pending. I will update on the experience here, but I am optimistic based on the one I just had.
