Si requieres que Seguros Monterrey New York Life realice un Pago Directo al hospital en el cual te estás atendiendo, deberás seguir los siguientes pasos:
A tu llegada al hospital en convenio, deberás identificarte como Asegurado mostrando tu credencial Alfa Medical Flex junto con una identificación oficial con fotografía.
Cuando se realice tu reporte te proporcionaremos un número de identificación para tu trámite, el cuál será indispensable lo conserves por si se requiere mayor información acerca de tu tratamiento.
Deberás llamarnos de inmediato para reportar tu ingreso al hospital al teléfono (55) 53 26 95 00 de la Ciudad de México o al 800 906 2100 sin costo del Interior de la República Mexicana.
El personal de Seguros Monterrey New York Life revisará la información para dictamen y te informará si el evento está o no cubierto.
