Hace unos meses , en enero
Con mucha ilusión contraté un plan con el cual hice un compromiso a 10 años, adicional confíe en ellos para darles a guardar, como aportaciones extras, los ahorros que con tanto esfuerzo mi esposo y yo juntamos, esos ahorros los hicimos como inversión a corto plazo y se podían sacar cuando los necesitará, o eso me dijeron.
Llevo más de un mes con el trámite de sacarlos y me traen vueltas y vueltas, comentan: está semana queda, y está semana y en estos días y a más tardar tal día y me cuenta sigue en 0.
Estoy realmente triste y desilusionada , y enojada por la situación y no voy a descansar hasta que me regresen todo mi dinero.

I am really sad and disappointed and angry about the situation and I am not going to rest until all my money is returned.
