Y nunca contestan para atenderte como tercero afectado te dan largas y sus agentes te amenazan e intentan intimidarte

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jamás pude conseguir que alguien me atendiera por teléfono. La persona que me respondió me puso en espera y luego me colgaron.
Intenté varias veces y nunca nadie atendió el teléfono, sólo me mandaban de regreso a su selección con la máquina la cual por cierto tiene pésima calidad y no se le entiende.
Quizá la empresa es un fraude si tienen esta clase de primera atención
I could never get someone to answer me on the phone. The person who answered me put me on hold and then hung up on me.
I tried several times and no one ever answered the phone, they just sent me back to their selection with the machine which, by the way, has poor quality and is not understood.
Maybe the company is a fraud if they have this kind of first attention

Hace dos meses estaba estacionada y un coche se echó de reversa, me pego y se quiso escapar pero no puso safarse de mi coche, (su coche no tiene seguro) ella dice que yo iba manejando con mis luces apagadas y mi cel (cosa que nada que ver, estaba estacionada y mis luces se encienden automáticamente) el caso es que no quisieron pagar porque según fue mi culpa, mi seguro cobraba ya lo menos $10,000 y solo me ofrecieron 3,500 o que cada quien su golpe, no acepte el acuerdo, se fueron ambos coches al corralón y ahí siguen, debo casi casi de rogar para que me puedan decir cómo va el asunto y sigue igual que hace dos meses.
(Ahora debo pagar mi corralon (100 al día) y tengo que usar camión para poder ir a trabajar.
Tengo el seguro que solo cubre daños a terceros.
Pésimo servicio, no son efectivos, no sé de qué me sirve un seguro con ellos, 2 meses sin mi coche y usando camión.

Two months ago I was parked and a car backed up, hit me and she wanted to escape but she couldn't get out of my car, (her car doesn't have insurance) she says I was driving with my lights off and my cell phone (which nothing to see, I was parked and my lights turn on automatically) the fact is that they did not want to pay because according to my fault, my insurance already charged at least $10,000 and they only offered me 3,500 or that each one of them did not accept the agreement, Both cars went to the corralón and they are still there, I almost have to pray so that they can tell me how the matter is going and it is still the same as two months ago.
(Now I have to pay my corralon (100 a day) and I have to use a truck to go to work.
I have insurance that only covers damage to third parties.
Terrible service, they are not effective, I don't know what use is insurance with them, 2 months without my car and using a truck.
