I processed a validation of seniority and it was just over three hours of waiting, suggestion for M. en C. Obed, speed up the process at least in that area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En la entrada se toma temperatura y se solicita mostrar la credencial de elector, se registra y el trámite a realizar para poder ingresar a las instalaciones. El personal ha sido muy amable en las ocasiones que he realizado trámites.
At the entrance, a temperature is taken and the voter's credential is requested to be shown, it is registered and the procedure to be carried out in order to enter the facilities. The staff has been very friendly on the occasions that I have gone through paperwork.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creo se están tomando atribuciones que no corresponden porque subdirección es una cosa y Operación y normatividad es otra, no entiendo porque utilizan nuestra dirección para hacer su trabajo si pudieran indicar la dirección y teléfonos correctos a dónde comunicarse para sus trámites por favor. Gracias

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención muy déspotas al entrar estaban platicando y una de ellas me dijo ahorita te hablamos y hasta que terminaron su chisme me atendieron yo tenía otra cita con verificentro pero por su mal servicio llegue casi puntual de hecho a mi me gusta llegar con tiempo mínimo una hora antes de las citas pero en fin a sus superiores hagan algo con esas gentes no merecen ese trabajo de servicios publicos
Very bad attention, very despots when they entered they were talking and one of them told me right now we are talking to you and until they finished their gossip they attended to me I had another appointment with verificentro but due to their bad service I arrived almost on time in fact I like to arrive with minimal time an hour before appointments but anyway your superiors do something with those people they don't deserve that public service job
