LOAN DEAL OF THE OWNER, WATERING DOES NOT WORK, WITHOUT VENTILATION, WITHOUT NATURAL LIGHT, NOT WELL CLEAN AND WITH BAD ODORS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. We stayed here more than 15 days and no day we had water in the normal way in the shower you open the hot one a little and it boils and when you open a little the cold one comes out freezing (it was reported and never fixed). There is no hot water in the sink. Kitchen cabinets are not clean (important if you store dishes or food); Annex in the cabinet under the sink smells terrible of spout and humidity. The space for cooking or chopping is minimal (40 cm at most) super uncomfortable. The apartment does not have natural light or a ray of sunlight since all the windows are opaque and the sun never gives it, ventilation is minimal and no natural air enters. Especially in the kitchen there is neither ventilation nor light which when cooking makes everything smell like food. The mini split of the chamber even with the remote control comes out mega cold and the temperature cannot be raised (also by chance it was never fixed). When we arrived there was a lot of black hair and hair on all floors and also on duvets and sheets on beds. There are a lot of dirt stains on the walls (even blood stains and drained things in the kitchen) and even inside the closets where you keep or hang your clothes. Annex in El Barrio there is a plague of cockroaches so if you do not take care that the main door of the building is closed, they enter the apartment. (I know that one day I was waiting for a pizza there were many and annex a couple of days later they went to the municipality to fumigate). Many students live in the preserve and the noise and parties on weekends are late.
