★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO COMETAN EL ERROR DE COMPRAR AQUÍ! No respetan los tiempos de entrega, cuando hablas para preguntar te dicen puras mentiras y para colmo la calidad de sus muebles es mala. Compré un comedor en julio, lo recibí después de mes y medio, ya es diciembre y es hora que no me pueden entregar una silla que llegó quebrada. Ojalá alguien me hubiera advertido de no comprar aquí. Malos muebles y el peor servicio que he recibido.
DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING HERE! They do not respect delivery times, when you speak to ask they tell you pure lies and to top it all the quality of their furniture is poor. I bought a dining room in July, I received it after a month and a half, it is already December and it is time that they cannot deliver me a chair that arrived broken. I wish someone had warned me not to buy here. Bad furniture and the worst service I have ever received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio y atencion. Sucedió que cuando fui me dieron el precio de unos productos y le dije a la chica que volvia al dia siguiente. Me pidio dinero para apartar y lo deje. Le pregunte que si maneja tarjeta de crédito y me dijo que si a 3 meses. Al día siguiente fui a recoger y liquidar mis cosas y resulta que me dieron un precio mal y era más. Le dije que eso no era mi culpa y bueno al final accedí un precio medio porque me dijeron que se lo descontaban a la chava. Al momento de pagar me dicen que no aceptan tarjeta, me comunican con la que me atendio el dia anterior y me alega que no me dijo eso, aun cuando yo tenia testigos, me dice que lo que me dijo fue que manejaban apartado a 3 meses a lo cual le dije que si hubiera sido asi no le habria dicho que volvia al dia sig. Total!! Pido mi reembolso por el apartado y le digo que ya no quiero nada y no me lo quieren dar. O sea no se saben los precios, te dan mal la información y todavia tienen cara para decir que no hay reembolso. Para esto en el rato que estuve alegando pasaron 2 personas preguntando por una silla igual a la que yo llevaba y a todos les dieron diferente precio. Al final le dije que no le iba a regalar mi $ asi nada más y me traje solo una silla.
Despues de tantos errores suyos todavia maltratan al cliente.

I told him that it was not my fault and well in the end I agreed to a medium price because they told me they were discounting it from the girl. At the time of paying they tell me that they do not accept a card, they contact me with the one that attended me the day before and they allege that they did not tell me that, even though I had witnesses, they told me that what they told me was that they were driving apart for 3 months to which I told him that if it had been like that, I would not have told him that he would return to the next day. Total!! I ask for my refund for the section and I tell him that I no longer want anything and they do not want to give it to me. In other words, the prices are not known, they give you wrong information and they still have the face to say that there is no refund. For this, in the time that I was claiming, 2 people passed by asking for a chair equal to the one I was carrying and they were all given different prices. In the end I told him that I was not going to give him my $ just like that and I only brought a chair.
After so many mistakes, they still mistreat the client.
