We had a wonderful stay. The staff was amazing the coffee shop was great! Beautiful setting, comfy beds, good water pressure. The reasons I gave 4 stars is because our original accommodation was a “teepee hut” description states air conditioning but up arrival the teepee was so extremely hot because the portable air conditioning unit simply could not keep up. The structure is t completely closed. The front desk got us into a room but unfortunately took about three hours to do so. There are not common areas with ac to wait and after a 4 hour trip there we were in major need of some cool air. The other negative for us was that they put on a party every night and one of the nights was techno music there were 20 or so of us at the bar begging them to play something else. But to no effect majority of us left to hang out somewhere else. Overall great experience would stay again!

The private room they gave us was horrible and looked nothing like what we booked online. Only half of the rooms have been renovated and they only post pictures of those. When we asked to switch rooms or get a refund, they told us no. On our last day, we put our luggage in the storage room and when we retrieved it our bags were crawling with hundreds of tiny bugs all over. Staff didn’t care when we mentioned it to them. Other than that, the location and common areas are pretty nice.

Amazing place to work and relax. Stayed in a private room, super comfortable and spacious. If you want to work in privacy, there's an option to rent out some space in the co-working area. The Internet is great even when everyone is working. Would stay again.

Pretty, cozy and an upgrade from a regular hostel. My only complaint is the restaurant service. We were there twice and it took them 20min to bring a coffee and 40 minutes to bring an omelet. Slow and the staff were nice until you say "we cannot wait any longer", then true colors showed up. Fortunately the island has a lot of better food options.

The hostel itself is very beautiful, the whole area by the pool is so nice to chill and meet people. Also the coworking area is really nice! I stayed at the 4 beds dorms and it was really tiny. Also the hostel is REALLY expansive. If it wasn't for those i would give 5 stars

When it’s comfortable they’re Hotel and when it’s comfortable they’re hostel. The private room are not accessible and they don’t offer any help. The reception stuff was helpful and nice. They asks 100 peso deposits for the card-key. The included breakfasts is very disappointing and the stuff of the restaurant/bar is horrible. The bed is great! They have cool space with lovely minimalist design in great location but I expected much more, especially with all the talking about it. Overpriced.

Great location, beautiful common areas, comfortable bed, pillows, A/C and even hot water if you have some patience! I stayed in a standard room with my 9 year old son, there were lots of friendly people, staff and housekeeping were great. The only problems we had were the reverse osmosis doesn’t always work (but we were very happy to have it most of the time still) and the Friday night party was pretty loud even with ear plugs. But all the positives and the price easily outweigh those, we’ll definitely be staying there again.

Love the whole vibe of this place. The hostel has some cool events everyday. The staff is super helpful, specially Angel from the reception. The space is safe and one of best places to be on the island. Walking distance to the best beach, sunset spots and he whole north market. Beds are super comfy and clean rooms.
