★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right by the beach, perfect location. HUGE like crazy huge and funky hostel.
I only worked here at the cowork, and I mean it does it’s job. Over priced and very loud. But it’s the best internet in Puerto.
Good food though, I loved all of the bowls and the selection was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally I travel with my laptop but to Mexico I came for a vacation with my boyfriend. We stayed 4 nights in the micro. I have mixed feelings about this accommodation. So a short pro and con:
??the location is beautiful and super close to the beach
??the food and the service at the restaurant is very good
?? the micro room is small, basic but clean
??the bathrooms are dirty and old.
??it’s super crowded especially with people working. Nothing for a holiday vibe
??its loud during the day due to constructions
?? the service at the reception - friendly but basic checkIn without any information, they gave us the key and good luck. So not really helpful. Not able to help with tours.
Especially because of the price I can only give 3 Stars. It’s to expensive for what you get offered. However it also depends on what you are searching for. As a Digital Nomade I could imagine staying here again. But only if they do something about the bathrooms and toilets

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally some of the worst service I have ever experienced. When I arrived I was assigned to a dorm with no empty beds. When I told the reception, they told me to come back in two hours until they cleaned a bed. When I came back I went for a nap and someone came into the room and told me I was in their bed. They then bumped him into another bed, that also belonged to someone else. It was complete chaos.
I paid in full when I checked in, but apparently it was not recorded because then it also got charged to my credit card the day after I left. I went back to receive a refund for the double charge and the reception said there’s nothing they could do because there was no record of my original payment. The reception really was just so rude about everything and super unprofessional!
The rooms also look nothing like the photos. They were still fine, but not honest advertising.
The cherry on top is was when I went to have breakfast - I ordered eggs and they took 1 hour 20 mins to come!!
I am usually pretty chill when it comes to mix ups but this one was just too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property is very nice itself (some of the best sunsets from its hidden rooftop “bar” which is never consistently open and a really nice pool), but the front desk staff could really use some customer service training.
The internet is probably some of the best in Puerto but good luck finding a spot at the co-working facility (which is going to be closed all of February).
Restaurant food options are meh and service is slow, but highly recommend getting the California bowl!
All in all, this place really needs to step its game up and bring some grown ups to manage it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ !! only for the restaurant !! don’t take the buffalo burger it’s really not great. Coffee was okay but we paid a lot for what we took, i think they maybe made a mistake. Anyways i stayed all day to work and they didn’t bother me to consume more so that was nice. But i paid 600 pesos for 2 (bad) burgers and 2 coffees which is a lot. Place is nice to work though, there’s a good wifi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful grounds, but bathroom had no door or place to get dressed and was dirty. It was a male and female bathroom with no privacy. Bunk rooms were very overcrowded. Loud during the day and at night. Very slow service and mixing up of bills frequently. Food and drinks and events are great, but overpriced for the area. Can go next door and get the same item for less. Live music and salsa classes were nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I honestly thought that it was very overpriced especially for a hostel. I stayed in private basic room for a week and paid $1000. I have stayed in a lot better places for a fraction of the cost. The hot water took about 10 minutes to warm up. Location is great but I would try and find something elsewhere first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a 2 star hotel, so don’t expect luxury, even with the suites. The suite price ($200) is not worth it. It’s a cute room with an ocean view, but it is more of a hostel vibe. Basic stuff (potable water, mini fridge if you want to keep anything in your room) are not present, room does not feel super clean, etc.
If you want to sit at the bar downstairs, there’s a minimum per person. If you want to sit in the shared space, you have to order food. There aren’t exceptions for people who are staying at the hotel. So, all the fun looking lounge spaces you see in photos are a bit different than the actual experience.
The beauty of this place is that it’s literally steps from the beach and walkable to a lot of restaurants. That said, it’s the beach you’re not supposed to swim at because of waves (there are “no swimming” signs posted)
If you go here, opt for the lower priced rooms and enjoy your easy access to the beach.
