★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, tengan cuidado al hacer pedido ya que los extravían y quedan muy mal, no dan solución puros pretextos y excusas, nunca pensé que me pasará algo así, aún más cuando me fue recomendado, muy mala experiencia.

A pesar de preguntar el tipo de archivo en que debía de enviar la imagen, enviarla en formato general de alta calidad, mi pedido no se llevo a cabo porque el señor decidió sacar una captura de pantalla de la imagen y enviar ésta al chavo encargado de la impresión de sello. Obviamente la calidad de la imagen era tan baja (el señor ni siquiera se digno a abrir la imagen, sólo le tomo captura a la conversación con la imagen) que fue imposible imprimirla para sello.
Cuando llegue por mi pedido no había sello, atrasando así mis actividades pues necesitaba ese sello. Ahora me pedían enviar la imagen por correo. Pregunte nuevamente por el tipo de archivo, número de pixeles, etc. En lugar de preguntar directamente a quien se encarga de imprimir los sellos, el señor dijo que "sólo enviara la imagen".
