A Sem Frescura Burger nasceu da vontade de dois amigos em descobrir a melhor receita de Burger. O desafio foi levado tão a sério, que os hambúrgueres, inicialmente feitos em casa com utensílios próprios, passou por vários testes, até chegar a tão perseguida receita. O ‘’simples, bom e ponto’’ traduz nossa crença angular em entregar o melhor de forma objetiva e prática, sem blablabla.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei decepcionada,gosto de lugares simples e informais mais eles divulgam fotos da unidade de Cabo Frio e qdo vc chega em Vila Velha parece mais um espaço pra delivery apenas,nao chega a caber uma pessoa de frenre no banheiro e as mesas ficam na porta da loja vizinha.Fui comemorar meu aniversario com as amigas e se meu filho tivesse ido nao teria estrutura.A maioria dos burgers nao tem bacon e vc tem que pedir adicional.A coxinha sem massa estava muito gordurosa(pedimos a de costela)e minha amiga passou mal pelo excesso de gordura do lanche.Somos acostumadas a ir em hamburgueria e isso nunca aconteceu.Decepçao total.
 I was disappointed, I like simple and informal places but they share photos of the Cabo Frio unit and when you arrive in Vila Velha it seems more like a space for delivery only, there is not enough room for a person in front of the bathroom and the tables are at the door of the nearby store. I was celebrating my birthday with friends and if my son had gone there would have been no structure. Most of the burgers don't have bacon and you have to ask for an additional one. felt bad for the excess fat of the snack. We are used to going to a hamburger and that never happened. Total disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lanche carregado no óleo e acima da média de preço para Vila Velha, experiência completamente diferente do que é vendido no Instagram. Local com pouca estrutura para atender os clientes, mesas dispostas na calçada, sem qualquer conforto. Cardápio caríssimo para o pouco que oferecem ao cliente. Não voltaria.
Snack loaded in oil and above the average price for Vila Velha, a completely different experience from what is sold on Instagram. Place with little structure to serve customers, tables arranged on the sidewalk, without any comfort. Very expensive menu for the little they offer the customer. Would not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou dar 5 estrelas porque acredito que tem tendência a melhorar. O lanche é bom, o preço é compatível com outras hamburguerias gourmet. O atendimento é bom, super agradáveis e realmente conhecem o cardápio.
Pontos negativos: não tinha algumas bebidas básicas para acompanhar o lanche e das bebidas que tinham veio quando o lanche estava no final.
O espaço físico não é legal, foi a minha maior decepção, acredito que deveriam ir para um lugar mais amplo.
Mas a experiência do lanche gourmet valeu a pena.
I'll give it 5 stars because I believe it tends to improve. The snack is good, the price is compatible with other gourmet burgers. The service is good, super nice and they really know the menu.
Negative points: there weren't some basic drinks to accompany the snack and the drinks that had came when the snack was at the end.
The physical space is not nice, it was my biggest disappointment, I believe they should go to a wider place.
But the gourmet snack experience was worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hamburgueria è boa porem deveria está em um outro bairro e outro ambiente mais amplo , ta num lugar escondido e pouco conhecem, essa hambúrgueria em campos Rj e bem falada e tem qualidade .
The hamburger is good but it should be in another neighborhood and a wider environment, it's in a hidden place and little people know about it, this burger in Campos Rj is well-spoken and has quality.

Gente jovem, educada e empática são os administradores do local. Higiene top das embalagens e utensílios. Recomendo a apreciarem o conceito dessa hamburgueria.
My experience with gourmet snacks at Sem Frescura was overwhelming. The snack is very tasty and the service is top notch. Young, educated and empathetic people are the administrators of the place. Top hygiene of packaging and utensils. I recommend you to appreciate the concept of this hamburger.

A carne eu pedi bem passada e mesmo assim veio crua no meio . O pão é muito bom,derrete na boca.
O que eu mais gostei foi do prato tentação, que é um tira de queijo frito, empanado na farinha panko(é uma delícia, experimentem).
The snack is tasty, but the hamburgers come with few additions.
The meat I ordered well done and even so it came raw in the middle. The bread is very good, it melts in your mouth.
What I liked the most was the temptation dish, which is a strip of fried cheese, breaded in panko flour (it's delicious, try it).
