Tanto las clases de Yoga Tolteca como las clases de Yoga integral están buenísimas y son súper diferentes a todo lo que antes probé. Recomiendo este lugar, no se lo pueden perder.
I took Yoga classes with Lili and participated in the Temazcal for a month. It is a place where everything is done with the heart and given with love. Both the Toltec Yoga classes and the Integral Yoga classes are great and are super different from everything I tried before. I recommend this place, you cannot miss it.
