★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo un problema para las entregas, primero se equivocaron y entregaron parte de mi pedido a otro lugar, después olvidado otra parte. y un ultimo pedido se tardó un mes... por que el producto no es mexicano. pero al final lo compensan con productos y bueno compensa algo pero si hay que poner más atención a las entregas.
buenos productos aunque prometieron darme las fichas técnicas y nunca las dieron, ya con el tema de entregas me daba flojera recordarles la ficha técnica de cada semilla.
Quite a problem for deliveries, first they made a mistake and delivered part of my order to another place, then forgot another part. and a last order took a month ... because the product is not Mexican. but in the end they compensate it with products and well it compensates something but if you have to pay more attention to the deliveries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención, te saben explicar muy bien las cosas, en cuanto a sustratos les faltan los básicos (tierra negra y de hoja) pero tienen otros más especializados como corteza de pino (a muy buen precio) vermiculita, perlita y agrolita y uno que ellos mismos preparan, tienen poca variedad de plantas para mí gusto y creo que de acuerdo al espacio de la tienda podrían tener un poco más los precios de las mismas no se me hicieron caros (no esperen precios de los mercados de plantas obviamente). Solo les pongo 4 estrellas porque les falta variedad en cuanto a plantas (para mí gusto, aclaro).

I only give them 4 stars because they lack variety in terms of plants (for my taste, I clarify).
