El mejor modo de obtener los nutrientes de las semillas es comiéndolas crudas. Una vez que se las expones al calor, las vitaminas, minerales y aceites esenciales se desnaturalizan. Al asar una semilla el calor hace que pierda parte de sus nutrientes, pero no ocurre lo mismo si las remojas o mueles. Recuerda: prefiere tus semillas al natural, crudas, sin sal y evita las recubiertas (con azúcar, por ejemplo) o asadas.
The best seeds.
The best way to get the nutrients from the seeds is by eating them raw. Once exposed to heat, vitamins, minerals, and essential oils become denatured. When roasting a seed, the heat causes it to lose some of its nutrients, but the same does not happen if you soak or grind them. Remember: prefer your seeds natural, raw, without salt and avoid those coated (with sugar, for example) or roasted.
