★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré un Kia Rio 2018 con ellos, me ayudaron con todo el tramite, el crédito y todo eso pero PESIMO servicio post-venta, me prometieron unos tapetes de uso rudo, los manuales de agencia, el vehículo estaba desalineado, no me hicieron valida la garantía respecto a un ruido que traía en el freno, al final el gerente se lavo las manos ya que el vendedor lo despidieron o renuncio y hasta me quedaron a deber $800, sugeriría otro lugar para comprar tu vehículo seminuevo ya que comprarlo aquí o en el tianguis da igual
I bought a Kia Rio 2018 with them, they helped me with all the paperwork, the credit and all that but HUGE after-sales service, they promised me some heavy-duty mats, the agency manuals, the vehicle was misaligned, they didn't validate the guarantee regarding a noise that brought on the brake, in the end the manager washed his hands since the seller fired him or resigned and they even left me to owe $ 800, I would suggest another place to buy your pre-owned vehicle since buying it here or in the tianguis does not matter
