★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le pondria 5 estrellas si, no fuera por la actitud de la señorita que atiende, no te da especificaciónes de los articulos, pedi la dirección exacta, ya que no somos de Toluca y respondió grosero. Creyendo, que se como llegar, pesimo servicio. Recomendación, deberian cambiar de personal si, no les gusta el trato al cliente. Gracias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca responden al teléfono, descuelgan para que deje de sonar sin atender la llamada. No disponen ni de un minuto de su valioso tiempo para el teléfono. Si no van a dar atención por ese medio, mejor que quiten el teléfono y así lo publiquen y listo no pasa nada.
They never answer the phone, they go off-hook so it stops ringing without answering the call. They don't have a minute of their precious time on the phone. If they are not going to give attention through that medium, they better remove the phone and publish it and voila, nothing happens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Respecto a los malos comentarios en mi experiencia siempre he sido bien tratada, me hace la platica la persona que atiende, me siento en confianza y agradezco su atencion, tambien la gente es muy grosera y quiere que se le atienda cuando ellos creen que deben ser atendidos pero la verdad es que ni preguntan si pueden pasar, ni quien sigue en la cola, a mi tambien me toco llegar cuando abrieron por la tarde y su atencion fue impecable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues yo solicite el servicio por watsap, y me dieron pesimo servicio estoy pagando mi envio por una paqueteria q ellos contrataron y pues resulta q no me envarcaron mi pedido. Perdi hablar con la gerente de nombre Xochitl y pues no me soluciono nada, por el contrario me amenazo con cancelar mi pedido y despues de un rato me colgo. Marque nuevamente para reportar a la gerente y pues me dijo q no habia nadie mas arriba q ella para reportarla q ni los dueños. Asi q pues q triste q el negocio de una o varias personas se vea afectado por empleados asi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En cuanto a los aparatos médicos, todo muy bien, sin embargo el señor que nos atendió muy grosero respondió que el no sabía, que no era doctor, pero de una manera muy despectiva, deberían considerar tener personal más amable con los clientes ya que al final acudimos por emergencias médicas y no esperas recibir ese trato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asistí el día de hoy a las 3:40 pm, en la puerta indicaba que el horario de atención era a partir de las 4:00 pm por lo que decidí esperar, habíamos 3 carros estacionados esperando para ser atendidos.
Una señora de mediana edad comenzó a abrir la puerta y me acerque para entrar pero al parecer estaba mas interesada en ver su celular que en abrir, como estaba viendo su celular pensé que ya había terminado de abrir así que empuje ligeramente la puerta para entrar a lo cual ella de forma muy grosera me la cerro y quito un seguro, haciendo una expresión de disgusto.
Definitivamente no volveré a buscar un articulo en esta tienda y jamás recomendaría que dejaran su dinero en un lugar que atienden de esta manera.
