El vendedor Moises te específica que la entrega de tu pedido la efectuan de 1a 2 dias habiles y cuando acudes a su instalación te dice que aún no esta listo, disponen de tu tiempo, en mi caso me entreagron hasta el 5 dia, para facturar es totalmente lo mismo, aparte la actitud del vendedor no es muy grata, te contesta las llamadas cuando quiere y hasta para preguntarle si tiene alguna noticia de tu pedido no contesta.
Considero que nosotros como clientes no nos estan haciendo ningún favor ya que estamos pagando y merecemos respeto.
Terrible service. The seller Moises specifies that the delivery of your order is made in 1 to 2 business days and when you go to his facility he tells you that it is not ready yet, they have your time, in my case they gave me until the 5th day, to invoice it is Totally the same, apart from the attitude of the seller is not very pleasant, he answers your calls when he wants and even to ask him if he has any news of your order he does not answer.
I believe that we as clients are not doing us any favors since we are paying and we deserve respect.
