★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los andenes por los que iba a embarcar no estaban funcionando y ni siquiera había algún papel que advirtiera solo preguntando al personal fue que me di cuenta, además los baños están muy sucios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deplorable la atención, los empleados llegan a las 8 de la mañana. Se tardan alrededor de 20 minutos en entregar un boleto. No tienen horarios disponibles y los que tienen los realizan con escalas. Realicé un viaje hoy y al llegar a la primer parada me comentan que el autobús fue cancelado... Me hicieron comprar otro boleto para llegar a mi destino. Los autobuses en malas condiciones, no tienen luz, los baños sucios... En fin... PÉSIMO SERVICIO. Para el costo que manejan, son terribles...
Deplorable attention, employees arrive at 8 in the morning. It takes around 20 minutes to deliver a ticket. They do not have schedules available and those that do have stopovers. I made a trip today and when I got to the first stop they told me that the bus was canceled ... They made me buy another ticket to get to my destination. The buses are in poor condition, they don't have electricity, the bathrooms are dirty ... Anyway ... POOR SERVICE. For the cost they handle, they are terrible ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La empresa esta bien, pero hay algo extraño en un viaje que hice, una corrida en Senda Diamante de la CDMX a Monterrey, sólo llegamos a Querétaro y nos indicaron que hasta ahí la unidad llegaba y nos cambiaron de autobús, obvio ese cambio se llevo un poco de tiempo, pero sin costo adicional.
The company is fine, but there is something strange in a trip I made, a run on Senda Diamante from the CDMX to Monterrey, we only arrived in Querétaro and they told us that the unit would go there and they changed our bus, obviously that change took a little time, but at no additional cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afortunadamente esta Central se está reestructurando. Ahora ya se ofrecen servicios mas acordes con la vida actual. Ya se puede encontrar Vips, BurgerKing, Dominos Pizza, El Globo y otros más, que brindan sus productos en un momento muy oportuno, ya que se puede acceder a ellos precisamente en esos tiempos "muertos" previos al viaje. Hacian mucha falta. Gracias!

You can already find Vips, BurgerKing, Dominos Pizza, El Globo and others, which offer their products at a very opportune moment, since they can be accessed precisely in those "dead" times prior to the trip.
