★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falló con una rampa o elevador para las maletas y solicitar agua caliente cada vez. De ahí en fuera todo bien. La comida del restaurante es buena y ubicación cetrica.
Failed with a luggage ramp or lift and requesting hot water every time. From there on out all good. Restaurant food is good and central location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precios muy elevados para ser Actopan, ni que fuera hotel de playa, hay mucho mejores opciones a tan solo una cuadra, las habitaciones tampoco son la gran cosa para su costo.
Very high prices for Actopan, even if it was a beach hotel, there are much better options just one block away, the rooms are not great for their cost either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful hotel at the heart of the city of Actopan. With a nice restaurant that serves all of the local dishes (definitely try the chilaquiles!) and with a well stocked up bar. It’s only a small walk away from the historically rich Church and Convent of San Nicolás de Tolentino and busy town center. The rooms are spacious and well maintained by the friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a comfortable stay as well as a first hand experience of the local culture of this beautiful city. A truly great experience!
