Excellent location within Puerto Vallarta, very safe and very beautiful, very spacious green areas, a good neighborhood environment, playground for children and pool, I really loved it !!!

Lastima de fraccionamiento el.atractivo principal ya no sirve. Si tan solo entre todos los inquilinos cooperarán menos de $700 por casa ya tendrían alberca nueva
Very nice but the administration left the pool spoiled and they are too soft to demand that the construction company deliver it in perfect condition.
Too bad of fractioning the main attraction no longer works. If only between all the tenants they cooperate less than $ 700 per house they would already have a new pool

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El fraccionamiento si es lindo. La alberca no está habilitada desde hace años, nunca me informaron de eso. Pero el acceso al fraccionamiento no es el mejor. Esta ubicado en Mojoneras, si bien es tranquilo no tiene la mejor de las famas.
The subdivision is nice. The pool has not been enabled for years, they never informed me of that. But access to the subdivision is not the best. It is located in Mojoneras, although it is quiet, it does not have the best of fames.
