★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención espantosa, no entregan los paquetes, ya se ha llevado demandas de otras personas & no entregan ni hacen nada. Es la peor paqueteria que he visto jamás.
 Terrible attention, they do not deliver the packages, it has already taken other people's demands & they do not deliver or do anything. It is the worst parcel I have ever seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no tienen un sistema de logístico decente . No saben donde tiene los paquetes, tienes que ir tu a buscar tus paquetes y ni ellos saben donde están. Nunca me entregaron. Este tipo de "paqueterias" patito no deberían de existir . Deberían invertir en su sistema logístico y crm
Terrible service, they don't have a decent logistics system. They don't know where you have the packages, you have to go find your packages and they don't even know where they are. They never gave me up. This type of "parcel" duckling should not exist. They should invest in their logistics and crm system

No hay pretexto de que por la contingencia no entreguen los pedidos. Ayer después de 30 minutos por fin me contestaron el teléfono, que hacen en lugar de trabajar ??? Me confirmaron que hoy me llegaría mi pedido y no recibí nada, su mugrosa página dice que ya entregaron mi pedido, llamo a la empresa a donde hice el pedido para pedir ayuda y casualmente me confirmar que mi paquete está de nuevo en la empresa... y ni si quiera me avisaron SENDEX. Muchas empresas que no lo merecen están tronando por la pandemia aunque si trabajan y su servicio es mucho mejor.

There is no pretext that due to the contingency the orders are not delivered. Yesterday after 30 minutes they finally answered the phone, what are they doing instead of working ??? They confirmed that my order would arrive today and I did not receive anything, their filthy page says that they have already delivered my order, I call the company where I made the order to ask for help and coincidentally confirm that my package is back in the company .. . and they didn't even tell me SENDEX. Many companies that do not deserve it are thundering by the pandemic, although they do work and their service is much better.

Mi paquete lleva 1 semana lo estoy rastreando y desde el 24 de febrero no se actualiza.
Me estoy preocupando pensando que fue una mala decisión escogerlos como paquetería por más barato que fuera. Bien dicen que lo barato sale caro ojalá me den solución y no llevarme una mala experiencia.

I'm worrying thinking that it was a bad decision to choose them as a parcel, no matter how cheap it was. Well they say that cheap is expensive I hope they give me a solution and not get a bad experience.

Hola, hice un envío con ustedes a través de EnviaYa, este es el nº de guía 340397230012.
Al rastrearlo dice que fue recibido en la oficina de destino (Centro Op Monterrey) hace 11 días (el 19 de marzo) y ahí está estancado. He intentado contactarles por teléfono varias veces y solo me quedo esperando más de 10 minutos en la línea sin respuesta alguna. Agradezco que me aclaren el por qué mi paquete lleva varado tantos días y me ayuden a hacerlo llegar a su destino, muchas gracias.
