★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como dato, deberían hacer un análisis del servicio al cliente en otras empresas. Se me hace cínico & absurdo que teniendo tantas quejas sigan escudándose con que "tienen demasiado volumen". Eso a nadie le interesa, ustedes tienen la obligación de atender a sus clientes & ofrecer alternativas de comunicación. Si no pueden con la carga de trabajo, entonces cierren. ?
La peor paquetería del país.
 As data, they should do an analysis of customer service in other companies. It makes me cynical & absurd that having so many complaints they continue to hide behind that "they have too much volume". Nobody is interested in that, you have the obligation to serve your customers & offer communication alternatives. If you can't handle the workload, then shut down. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta paquetería no cumple con el perfil de personas que se necesita para este tipo de trabajo. Pretenden que el cliente vaya hasta su unidad y cargue su cajota como si realmente tuviera la fuerza de un cargador. Tampoco quieren dejar la cajota por lo menos afuera de la puerta del cliente y la actitud es de vale gorro. Pues para eso se paga el servicio a domicilio, entonces para que sirve este "servicio" de paquetería? La empresa debe de supervisar muy de cerca el servicio al cliente de su personal, si no les gusta este tipo de trabajos pues que busquen otro y no fastidien la imagen de la empresa, así como eviten que el cliente mal gaste su dinero y su servicio a domicilio parezca un chiste.
This parcel does not meet the profile of people that is needed for this type of work. They want the customer to go to their unit and load their box as if it really had the strength of a charger. Nor do they want to leave the box at least outside the customer's door and the attitude is worth it. Well, that's what the home delivery service is for, so what is this parcel "service" for? The company must closely supervise the customer service of its staff, if they do not like this type of work then they should look for another and do not spoil the image of the company, as well as prevent the customer from wasting their money and their service at home seems like a joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a recoger unos paquetes que me enviaron tipo "ocurre". Los tenían muy a la mano y la entrega fue rápida.
Esta sucursal sólo tiene 3 cajones de estacionamiento al frente, sin embargo el despacho es rápido.
I went to pick up some packages that they sent me type "happens". They had them very close at hand and the delivery was quick.
This branch only has 3 parking spaces out front, however dispatch is quick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para servicio de recolección fatal, hay que estar insistiendo que pasen o ver a qué hora pasan. Y ponerse duros porque nada más te quieren dejar con la expectativa de ver si van a pasar. Para que ofrecen un servicio que no pueden cumplir al 100%?
For fatal collection service, you have to be insisting that they pass or see what time they pass. And get tough because they just want to leave you with the expectation of seeing if they will happen. Why do they offer a service that they cannot fulfill 100%?
