De verdad es una lástima que sea así.
Excellent service at the branch by Roberto, but the prices really leave a lot to be desired. They have increased too much, leaving their services out of the market.
It really is a shame that it is so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardaron una semana en entregar un paquete desde Nuevo Laredo que necesitaba con urgencia, segun llegaba un lunes a las 10:30 am y termino llegando el martes de la otra semana a las 3:00 pm, no lo recomiendo a nadie, vale la pena gastar mas con DHL u otro servicio de paquetería que me lo entregue en mi domicilio.
It took a week to deliver a package from Nuevo Laredo that I urgently needed, as it arrived on a Monday at 10:30 a.m. and ended up arriving on Tuesday of the other week at 3:00 p.m., I do not recommend it to anyone, it is worth it spend more with DHL or another parcel service that delivers it to my home.

Fast and efficient service. I went to pick up an envelope that was sent to me and, in spite of the fact that when I arrived they were treating someone else, I left with my envelope in less than ten minutes.
