★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve que conseguir hasta el teléfono del repartidor, para ponerme de acuerdo para la entrega y nomas me da vueltas, y todavía me dice que hasta mañana le vuel va a marcar a ver si me entrega el paquete, seria el 3er día que no salgo de casa por estar esperando...me molesta que me digan un día y nada!, yo entiendo que tienen trabajo pero que no me heche mentiras!!!, eso no es tener buena planeacion!!! Me imagino que salen con la cantidad de paquetes que pueden repartir, no puede ser que tengan mi paquete en camioneta 3 días sin poder entregar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para rastreo de envíos, no funciona la página web y si marcas al teléfono, después de media hora de esperar en linea te dice que dejes un recado en el buzón. Cuando vas a dejar el recado, te dice que el buzón esta lleno y se corta. Total que de cinco intentos, no hay forma de rastrear nada. Pésimo servicio.
To track shipments, the website does not work and if you dial the phone, after half an hour of waiting online it tells you to leave a message in the mailbox. When you are going to leave the message, it tells you that the mailbox is full and is cut. Total of five attempts, there is no way to trace anything. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muuuy mal servicio. En la página de internet anuncian que una entrega "regular" tarda de 4 a 6 días en llegar, llevo 15 esperando y nada. Me comuniqué vía correo electrónico y solo me dijeron que el paquete está fuera de cobertura. Mandé otro correo electrónico preguntando si debía ir yo personalmente a recogerlo y me dieron la dirección (sin horarios). ¿Alguien sabe si para recoger en sucursal solo llego con mi número de rastreo o tengo que hacer alguna solicitud antes?
La página de internet no funciona del todo y en facebook dejan en visto. Mal, mal servicio :(
Sooo bad service. On the website they announce that a "regular" delivery takes 4 to 6 days to arrive, I have been waiting for 15 and nothing. I contacted via email and they only told me that the package is out of coverage. I sent another email asking if I should go personally to pick it up and they gave me the address (without hours). Does anyone know if to pick up at the branch I only arrive with my tracking number or do I have to make a request first?
The website does not work at all and on facebook they leave a seen. Bad, bad service :(
