★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio en paquetería, lo peor , sus empleados no tienen conocimiento de los servicios que tienen mi envío venía de Nuevo Laredo lo mandaron a otro lugar y al final yo fui a San Luis Potosí por mi paquete desde la CDMX, no lo recomiendo.
 The worst parcel service, the worst, their employees are unaware of the services they have my shipment came from Nuevo Laredo they sent it to another place and in the end I went to San Luis Potosí for my package from CDMX, I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la información que da el personal es muy poca, normalmente utilizamos el servicio de sobre para entrega día siguiente en fin de semana, en la sucursal de Monterrey le comentaron a un compañero que si llegaba el sobre de un día para otro (viernes para sábado) y al ir a recogerlo el sábado en SLP el encargado me dijo que el paquete no salio de Monterrey y que probablemente llegaría el sobre hasta el martes (ni siquiera el lunes por la mañana si no hasta el martes), tuvo que ir a recoger el paquete la persona que lo puso el sábado a Monterrey para enviarlo nuevamente por otro medio y que pudiera llegar de Sábado a Domingo y a gastar el doble en el envió, eso si en otra paqueteria que si cumple lo que venden

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio y buenos precios, en lo personal creo que es una muy buena opcion de paqueteria, nunca he tenido problema con mis envios y el servicio es muy competitivo al igual que los precios, esta en un lugar muy centrico con buenos accesos. Creo que necesitan algo de publicidad para competir con las grandes paqueterias, pero fuera de eso esta bien
