Lo barato sale caro..15 días y no llega mi paquete...11 días "parado" en su bodega ....hablas por teléfono y te dan el avión, y Redpack dice que no puede hacer nada si no que send pack solo puede hacer el reclamo pero no lo hacen....terrible experiencia por ahorrarte unos pesos....como pido la devolución??
Terrible...!!! Cheap is expensive..15 days and my package does not arrive ... 11 days "stopped" in their warehouse .... you talk on the phone and they give you the plane, and Redpack says there is nothing they can do if not send pack You can only make the claim but they do not do it .... terrible experience to save you a few pesos .... how do I ask for a refund?
