Rateros y sinvergüenzas... Lousy service, I took my car because of an oil leak. They never fixed it, they changed the diagnosis, they sold me parts twice as expensive and they took my original Sonic thermostat and they gave me a generic. Rateros and scoundrels ...

I	Iris Cabañas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi carro por fuga de aceite, me cobraron 8mil pesos y siguió fugando aceite lo lleve por la garantía y siguió fugando aceite, al final me enteré que la pieza que le cambiaron y me dijeron que era original no lo era, le quitaron el termostato y me cobraban casi 4mil pesos por cambiarlo. No se dejen engañara no lo recomiendo por experiencia propia y no estoy ganando nada por denunciarlos. Ojalá y no borren mi comentario como acostumbran hacerlo I took my car for oil leakage, they charged me 8 thousand pesos and I kept leaking oil I carried it for the warranty and it kept leaking oil, in the end I learned that the part that was changed and they told me it was original was not, they took the thermostat and they charged me almost 4 thousand pesos to change it. Do not be fooled I do not recommend it from my own experience and I am not earning anything for reporting them. I hope they don't delete my comment as they usually do

Lleve mi coche a que lo arreglaran porque se había calentado dos días antes, ya el día anterior me habían dicho que no tenia fugas, únicamente era arreglarle una pieza. Lo lleve ahí y a las horas me dijeron que tenían que cambiarle TODO desde deposito hasta mangueras etc etc con un precio EXAGERADO a comparación del precio real de las piezas. Pregunté la razón o motivo por el cual necesitaba esos cambios y no me dieron respuesta. Al final resultó que uno de los mecánicos que recomendó el lugar, dio la orden de que se cambiara todo sin checar. El dueño es super irrespetuoso y no quiso hacer nada al respecto. Obviamente no le quise hacer nada más ahi y mi coche quedó reparado después hasta con mantenimiento general por la mitad del precio que me habían dado. POOR SERVICE AND DEFICIENT STAFF. I took my car to be fixed because it had heated up two days before, and the day before they had told me that it had no leaks, it was only to fix a part. I took it there and within hours they told me that they had to change EVERYTHING from tank to hoses etc etc with an EXAGGERATED price compared to the real price of the parts. I asked the reason or reason why I needed these changes and they did not give me an answer. As it turned out, one of the mechanics who recommended the place gave the order to change everything without checking. The owner is super disrespectful and didn't want to do anything about it. Obviously I did not want to do anything else there and my car was later repaired with general maintenance for half the price they had given me.
D	DIMM Maxx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, es increíble que al llevar tu vehículo no sean capaces de resolver el problema, una semana y no pudieron, con decirles que ni me colocaron por completo los tornillos de las piezas del auto y mis cubrebirlos desaparecieron algunos. Se nota que tienen clientes preferenciales. Posiblemente es el peor taller que he conocido. Terrible service, it is incredible that when taking your vehicle they are not able to solve the problem, a week and they could not, by telling them that they did not completely place the screws of the car parts and my covers disappeared some. You can tell that they have preferential customers. It is possibly the worst workshop I have ever known.
