Combinaciones super ricas y un sazón que cautiva. Aguas con pedir la salsa Gobernador porque si no te encanta el chile (jeje) te puedes arrepentir hahaha! Aunque una orden extra de crema y aguacate calma el ardor. Silverio es un maestro de las flautas! Super recomendado!
Super fast attention. You can order in advance and just pick up. The place is well ventilated and with a bathroom inside. All hygiene measures. Super rich combinations and a seasoning that captivates. Waters with asking for the Gobernador sauce because if you don't love chili (hehe) you can regret it hahaha! Although an extra order of cream and avocado does calm the burning. Silverio is a master of flutes! Super recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No son las típicas flautas rellenitas donde puedes ver la carne deshebrada o la papa, todos los rellenos tienen la misma consistencia molida, como si metieran los ingredientes a la procesadora de alimentos.
Puedes elegir entre diferentes rellenos, incluso al pastor, y aunque tienen sabor no se diferencian. Sin tener anosmia no pude saber cual era cual, ni siquiera distinguir el de barbacoa.
Miden 25 cm de largo y 1.5 cm de ancho. La tortilla está entre dura y crujiente, los sirven con lechuga, crema, cebolla y tu eliges que salsa te dan. También los puedes pedir bañados con salsa o mole.
Considero que es caro para lo que recibes. Tienen combos y el costo total baja algo. Puedes pedir las flautas en vaso, lo cual es ideal para llevar o comer mientras caminas.
Tienen un par de mesas al aire libre y otras al interior con las ventanas abiertas, los empleados usan cubrebocas y el lugar es limpio.
They are not the typical stuffed flutes where you can see the shredded meat or the potato, all the fillings have the same ground consistency, as if they put the ingredients into the food processor.
You can choose between different fillings, even al pastor, and although they have flavor they do not differ. Without having anosmia I could not know which was which, not even distinguish the barbecue.
They are 25 cm long and 1.5 cm wide. The tortilla is between hard and crunchy, they are served with lettuce, cream, onion and you choose which sauce they give you. You can also order them bathed with sauce or mole.
I consider it expensive for what you receive. They have combos and the total cost goes down somewhat. You can order the flutes in a glass, which is ideal to take away or eat while you walk.
They have a couple of tables outside and others indoors with the windows open, the employees wear masks and the place is clean.
