Ponen un menú y nunca tienen los ingredientes necesarios para elaborar, me dijeron que no había carne molida que si esperaba 30 minutos a que les llegara, después de varias llamadas llegaron mis pizzas 2 horas y media después, sin carne molida y un tamaño mas pequeño del que pedí. ?

Es muy lamentable que ofrezcan servicios y no acepten la atención al cliente, al final las quejas sirven para mejorar la calidad de sus productos y servicios. El cliente en cualquier negocio siempre tiene la razón! Que decepción ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seré sincera, no me gustó nada, la salsa de tomate estaba ácida y sin cocer, con un sabor medio amargo y feo, el queso de muy mala calidad, y la piña seca y sin sabor no me gustó para nada y la masa no estába crujiente estaba muy dura.
Les recomiendo la pizza "Pizzeria Palermo" también se hubica en Tepotzotlán y es de las mejores que hay aquí.
