La atención del personal es excelente, Es un hotel realmente "all inclusive" porque las comidas y bebidas variadas e ilimitadas. Recomiendo ampliamente el restaurante Italiano. Me encantó que no se necesita hacer reservación en ningún restaurante. En este momento de pandemia ponen mucho cuidado en respetar los protocolos de seguridad. No necesitas salir del hotel porque siempre hay actividades para personas de cualquier edad, en la playa puedes hacer kayak y padle board sin restricción de tiempo, recomiendo hacer velero, es una muy bonita experiencia; incluso se puede hacer snorkel porque el hotel comienza en la esquina de la bahía y se formó un pequeño arrecife donde puedes ver muchas especies marinas, incluso mantarrayas. Si prefieres permanecer en la alberca también hay actividades. No hay aglomeración en las albercas porque puedes elegir cualquiera de las 6, en cuanto a los restaurantes, también puedes elegir. Hay muchas más actividades para disfrutar y aprender, incluso tomamos lecciones de tiro con arco. Saludos al equipo de entretenimiento, especialmente a Deyanira, por sus atenciones.
