If you have kids under 10 this place is perfect. Tons of amenities indoors and out. Having visited numerous places, I have only 2 cautions. If you’re a beach/ocean person it’s average, as is most of Mayan riviera but they do a good job raking and discarding seaweed. Secondly the restaurants suck, hit the buffet for the nights it’s open (not all). Would these prevent me from returning, not at all.

Fabulous hotel, buffet had top quality food which was always beautifully presented. Mexican restaurant was good so was the Italian except for 1 night, beach bar also excellent food. The 10 course French restaurant included in the all inclusive deal was top notch and had Michelin star chef, sous chef and pastry chef! Staff very attentive throughout the hotel. One point, no shops anywhere nearby so take all toiletries as you'll need to take a cab anywhere, you can't walk.

Location was beautiful, architecture and feel walking around the resort was top notch. But above all was the staff, Victor was so friendly and always had a smile on his face. There were many others that were so kind like Jose, Alba, etc I wish I could remember all their names. 100% I would recommend this resort to anyone & everyone looking to have some fun and relax on the beach.

If you’re traveling with young children I highly recommend his resort. There is so much to do for kids of all ages. The kids pool with the slides is so fun & there is a kids club with two animators that entertain the kids all day. There is also an amazing trampoline area for the kids to enjoy in the evening. They had aerobics, yoga, stretching and aqua gym classes for adults. The spa experience was also amazing. The food was very good. We especially liked the food at the steak house. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and the fresh fruits were delicious. The staff was exceptionally kind and the rooms were nice, spacious, new and very clean. Overall highly recommend this place

The Agatha room was very comfortable and well maintained. Although our view was only the pools and a little view of the ocean, but since we stayed in the room for sleeping only, it didn't really matter. The staff were exceptionally outgoing, friendly and were constantly asking if they could help you even more. Special thank you goes out to Omar, in the main dining area, who was always one step ahead and welcomed us back each day with our favorite drinks and recommended new ones. The pools were beautifully maintained every day, as was the beach area. The French restaurant was never open during our stay, but the rest were open on alternate days and were all good, with service a bit slow, but hey, we were on vacation so who cares! Would definitely recommend especially for families with children, although adult areas are great also.

new build and rooms are well thought out and designed. On the critical side the location is isolated which is common for resorts along the strip. Lots of concrete, little vegetation on the property. Also I would appreciate more information about the hotel when check in but this is a common problem at Mexican resorts. Having the kids games room behind check in is a major mistake as the air hockey / shuffle board is very loud. This is more of a kids resort. And what comes with that is the usual fight for a lounge chair or lounge bed that results in the typical securing before 8 am and never seeing anyone using the chair. Wish there was a better solution. It was spring break so perhaps this is not an issue during other times. Very nice to have a lounge bed that provides shade. Those are the criticisms, the price was right, great to have a new build with well designed rooms. Room service and other services were great.

Nice size resort with options for kids. Pool waiter service sucks big time, there was lack of cleaning with dirty dishes and no staff visible doing cleaning throughout the day. Bathrooms in public areas were dirty for several days before being cleaned. Food was pretty decent and not too bad compared to other resorts. We felt the lack of communication from the staff. Upon arrival no one really greeted us with information to help us with our stay. We basically had to find out ourselves and find things out as we went along. For being a new hotel, it has more signs of wear than I would have thought, beach chairs ripped and stained, paint chips on walls and just didn’t quite seem like it was a brand new resort. Overall I think this hotel lasted in service and even some cleanliness compared to many other resorts we stayed at in the Cancun area. It did have a lot of amenities for kids but beware that the place was pretty empty and lacked a fun ambience. We will try our luck at another hotel for this fall.

The resort is beautiful. Rooms are very nice, clean and spacious. The entertainment staff were fantastic. Charlie and Tony were very helpful. Tony was super nice and Charlie was very funny and made us laugh all the time. My kids loved hanging out with them. The pools were beautiful and there were tons of activities for the kids to do which was great. They did a good job of cleaning the beach as best they could. The only downsides to the resort were: 1) the restaurant options (only 3) were very limited. On top of that, they close the buffet for dinner and it was difficult to get reservations before 9pm most nights. Not ideal for families with kids. 2) there were not enough shade options at the pool and beach for the size of the resort and even with getting to the pool at 6:30am most mornings, we rarely got chairs in the shade. Overall the resort was great and it was an amazing experience.
