★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, nadie sabe cómo hacer los trámites de Indautor y para todo quieren mandarte a la oficina de CDMX.
Bad service, nobody knows how to do the Indautor procedures and for everything they want to send you to the CDMX office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como cualquier secretaría o dependendencia de México o gubernamental, tienen un pesimo trato, tardan horas en atenderte, su horario de atención al publico es de 11 a 3 y eso porque a las 2:30 ya no hay nadie o a veces a las 2, son muy lentos en hacer tramites, groseros al atenderte
Like any secretariat or Mexican or governmental dependency, they have a bad treatment, they take hours to assist you, their hours of attention to the public is 11 to 3 and that because at 2:30 there is no one or sometimes at 2, they are very slow in doing paperwork, rude to assist you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señorita que atiende en INDAUTOR es muuuuuy amable. Me explicó todos los detalles de mi trámite y me auxilio con algunos errores que había en mi solicitud. Probablemente es la mejor ayuda que me ha dado un servidor público. Muchas gracias!
The lady who attends INDAUTOR is sooo nice. He explained all the details of my procedure and helped me with some errors that were in my application. It is probably the best help a public server has given me. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena experiencia, el trato es amable y las explicaciones muy claras para el proceso de registro de obra literaria. Sólo hay que esperar poco mas de 1 mes para recibir respuesta de la sede en CDMX
Very good experience, the treatment is friendly and the explanations are very clear for the literary work registration process. You just have to wait a little over 1 month to receive a response from the headquarters in CDMX

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por la contingencia sanitaria tuve que hacer cita, todo el personal fue muy amable y el trámite fue rápido. Lamentablemente el horario es solamente matutino y el estacionamiento es complicado.
Due to the health contingency I had to make an appointment, all the staff were very friendly and the process was fast. Unfortunately the hours are only in the morning and parking is complicated.
