Parece que los empleados no tienen conocimiento de los productos, ni cómo se aplican (en el area de cuidado de la piel).
Además para escoger algunos productos específicos en maquillaje cada uno tiene una opinión diferente así que hay que entrar con total conocimiento de lo que vas a adquirir porque podrían venderte algo que no te sea funcional.
Esta sucursal en punto sur puede tener más cosas en existencia a diferencia de los otros puntos de venta que se agotan más pronto, aunque cuando compras en línea hay descuentos que en tienda no aplican así que vale la pena sopesar la vuelta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los vendedores se creen los dueños de la tienda, al entrar me preguntaron qué buscaba (como si les molestara que la gente llegue) como si fuera un lugar de súper lujo con marcas súper exclusivas y nada que ver, les dije qué producto era y me dijeron que aún tenían en existencia y ya me pasaron a la tienda pero ni siquiera se tomaron la molestia de mostrármelo, anduve dando vueltas por la tienda buscándolo por mi misma y resulta que no lo tenían a la vista, tuve que ir yo a preguntar nuevamente hasta la entrada en donde todos están platicando y me dijo aaah si ya te lo busco y resulta que tenían el producto guardado en una gaveta que está debajo de otros productos, aaah y nunca te dan tus puntos, yo gasté más de $4000 MXN y no te los dan a tu cuenta, creo que ellos se los agarran.

Me fui muy feliz con mi compra, gracias a él. Sin embargo la atención por parte de la cajera me dejo mucho que desear, desconozco su nombre pero usaba lentes y era delgada.
