★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just fiew in from the United States and relized I didnt have my makeup bag with me. Knowing that I always buy my makeup from sephora I was so happy to find one so close to my hotel. My fiance and I went to drop our stuff at the hotel and head over to sephora we even got there 30 mins early because we not from around there. After waiting for the store to open we were the only customers there I was looking around trying out the foundation to see what one was better for the type of coverage I wanted. One of the associate asked if i need help I told her not at the moment but thank you I will let you know when I do she said ok and walked a couple of display away from then on she processed to fallow me around the store making me feel very unwelcome. After seeing this my fiance asked if she wanted to asked us anything because she making us fill unwelcome she then proceeded to tell us that it was her job to follow us and then the manager came out and told us yes that is her job to follow you around. My fiance let them know that we would not be spending and money there because there making us feel unwelcome and she was like thats ok have a nice day and pointed at the door. Very very poor customer service I could not believe this was the same company I shop at.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve traveled to a lot of places and been to plenty of stores and this is by far the worst customer service I have EVER received from any place. I came here with a friend with the intentions to find a whole new set of makeup products because my baggage was lost.
As we are looking and testing products the friend that I was with was testing out a blush and accidentally dropped it in the process. She formally apologized and proceeded to clean it, even though she really didn’t have to. In the process of it all, there was a worker with long black hair and glasses who was standing right in front of us and instead of doing her job and offering to help us she proceeds to stand above us and give us dirty looks without saying one word, along with her two other co workers who weren’t too far behind. The customer service is terrible and the ladies in this establishment really need to drop their attitudes. Walked out without spending a single penny and will definitely never be back to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I bought a present it was ok, the second time I tried to buy a Givenchy product, I called and the employee was acting like “whatever” attitude, for sure I will never come back and I will recommend everyone to go to Palacio de Hierro store they have a huge variety of luxury brands if you are looking for a nice present.
