Súper mal la empleada de seguridad le pide a mi hijo se quite la gorra, le pregunto por qué y simplemente se da la vuelta sin contestar. Al salir suena el marco de seguridad el empleado de seguridad se lleva las cosas que acababa de pagar; le comento que qué mal que haya tanto “malentendido” de seguridad y sólo dice: “Ah ok” no regreso a este lugar, mejor me voy a la de Polanco

Si buscan una experiencia buena vayan a la sucursal de Antara o Santa Fe. Hace unas semanas fui a comprar un spray fijador de maquillaje de la marca Urban Decay con una tarjeta de regalo. El spray costaba $680 y mi tarjeta era de $800. Casualmente en la caja se tardaron mucho en cobrarme y al final me dijeron que mi tarjeta solo contaba con $120. Les dije que había un error y que aunque no lo figure en su sistema el cobro pasó ya que 800-680=120. Los vendedores empezaron a tratarnos horrible, como si estuviera intentando comprar con una tarjeta que no sirviera, apesar que por otro lado hicimos una compra con tarjeta. La situación escaló terriblemente ya que los vendedores realmente te tratan mal y no saben resolver problemas. Al final me tomaron los datos y dijeron que me llamarían etc pero nunca lo hicieron. Ahora tengo que hablar todas las semanas por teléfono esperando que corporativo pueda resolver el problema que SI fue culpa de los vendedores. Lo más probable es que nunca me devuelvan el dinero, y yo sé que para muchos $800 pesos no es tanto, pero era un regalo de Navidad y tenía mucha ilusión de usar la tarjeta. Encima con las otras reseñas malas de los vendedores puedo confirmar que son terribles. Discriminan, te siguen por toda la tienda y se sienten intocables. Es una lastima porque Sephora tiene marcas/productos buenos y en todos los años que he comprado ahí nunca había tenido un problema como este.
If you are looking for a good experience, go to the Antara or Santa Fe branch. A few weeks ago I went to buy an Urban Decay brand makeup setting spray with a gift card. The spray was $680 and my card was $800. Coincidentally, at the register it took a long time to charge me and in the end they told me that my card only had $120. I told them that there was an error and that although it did not appear in their system, the charge went through since 800-680=120. The sellers began to treat us horrible, as if I were trying to buy with a card that did not work, even though we otherwise made a purchase with a card. The situation escalated terribly as the sellers really treat you badly and don't know how to solve problems. In the end they took my data and said they would call me etc but they never did. Now I have to talk every week on the phone hoping that corporate can solve the problem that WAS the fault of the sellers. Most likely they will never return my money, and I know that for many $800 pesos is not that much, but it was a Christmas present and I was very excited to use the card. On top of the other bad reviews from the sellers I can confirm that they are terrible. They discriminate, they follow you around the store and they feel untouchable. It's a shame because Sephora has good brands/products and in all the years I've shopped there I've never had a problem like this.

Hace aproximadamente 2 semanas, acudí a la sucursal ya que necesitaba adquirir una base y corrector. Honestamente entré con un poco de miedo debido a los malos comentarios sobre el trato del personal con los clientes Sin embargo, la atención de todas las chicas fue increíble, me probaron varios productos. A demás me hicieron una mini rutina de limpieza en el rostro, y me hicieron la piel completa (Base, corrector, polvos, rubor y contorno) La base que me recomendaron quedó perfecta a mi tono de piel. (Al final adquirí varios productos adicionales de los que me aplicaron en la limpieza, y todos me salieron súper buenos) Todas me hicieron sentir muy bien. Muchas gracias a todas las chicas por su atención y amabilidad. Sin duda regresaré a la sucursal.
About 2 weeks ago, I went to the branch as I needed to purchase foundation and concealer. I honestly walked in with a bit of fear due to the bad comments about the treatment of the staff with the clients However, the attention of all the girls was incredible, they tried several products on me. They also did a mini cleaning routine on my face, and they did my complete skin (Base, concealer, powder, blush, and contour). The foundation they recommended was perfect for my skin tone. (In the end I bought several additional products from those that were applied to me in the cleaning, and they all came out super good) They all made me feel very good. Thank you very much to all the girls for your attention and kindness. I will definitely return to the branch.

Hola buenas tardes, muy contenta de ir siempre a Sephora el trato y productos son lo máximo, el día de ayer hice una compra, al estar en caja había dos chicos altos, un chico con prótesis, estaban hablando con muchas groserías y me sentí incomoda con su vocabulario, es una tienda con un excelente trato, hasta que me tope con esto en caja... si hubiera ido con mi hija me sentiría mucho mas incomoda con ese tipo de groserías.. lamento lo sucedido.. gracias
