★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Sephora, almost all the employees are nice and they have a very good customer service, but there is a girl at the check out she always has a bad actitud and is very rude with all the customers, I could say that every time that I go to sephora and she is at the check out she makes my experience terrible. (Definitely is not good for sephora)
But the store is nice, big and they have many products!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible! I came to this location with my sister the other day. Not speaking spanish we communicated with the sales people at the entrance to the best of our abilities. We were under the impression that one of us could go in and the other had to wait outside until another customer left the store due to covid restrictions. However that was not the case. I waited outside with understanding but as other people started to approach the sales people at the door they let them in without a blink of an eye. It happened once and though bothered I let it slide but it continued to happen until I asked the employees why they were letting other people in the store when I was asked to wait. Being upset and clearly bothered they eventually let me in. At that point I didn't want to give this store any of my business however I desperately needed a product. It only got worse when I met my sister who was inside. She tells me how rude the employees were being to her, it is then that I notice that a a female employee in her 20's following us all throughout the store from the time I entered to the time we exited the store which made us super uncomfortable. Now I am not one to usually be bothered by these things but the way we were treated was unacceptable and completely disgusting and I am assuming it has to do with us(being African American) If you don't have to go to this location please don't bother.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will never come back to this location! They discriminate because of how you dress!!! I called to check and see if they have a product that I normally get for my sister. Which they did. They only sale it at this location in Mexico City (Antara Mall). I get to the cashier she was super nice and offered a bag to put the make up in. I told her I did not need the bag since it was going to the trash. Let’s be eco friendly! So, I finish check out and walk out. As soon as I walk out a lady in her mid 30s early 40s. Approaches me and asks me for my receipt! I had just seen another customer walk out with no problem or requesting for a receipt. I obviously told her why does she need my receipt if I just left the register. I told her you did not ask the previous customer for her receipt. At this point She was using every excuse in the book about why. It was obvious that she profiled me because I was in gym clothes. I had just left the gym and figured it was easier to go there since I was in the area. Well it’s very disappointing that Sephora has employees that profile based on how you dress. Hell I can go in a bathing suit if I want to. At this point I was very upset and asked to speak with a manager. She came out and apologized. It’s obvious they have a problem she made it clear that it’s something they are working on! I will not return to this location I rather pay a shipping fee to have my product mailed to the States. Sephora USA is nothing like this.
