★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tenían 3 de los 5 productos que buscaba, mi compra fue superior a los 2500 y no me inscribieron al Beauty Club, hasta después que fui a otra tienda SEPHORA me enteré que si no estas en el BC en tienda te registran. La verdad para ser una plaza de ese nivel el servicio es peor en comparación a otras.
They did not have 3 of the 5 products I was looking for, my purchase was over 2,500 and they did not enroll me in the Beauty Club, until after I went to another SEPHORA store I found out that if you are not in BC, the store will register you. The truth is that for a place of this level, the service is worse compared to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in pandemic and entrance was limited to 1 person and the worker who was doing the protocol checking didn’t allow me to go inside but two friends came and she let them in. I was waiting for my niece and I was going to pay and I explain that this time to the supervisor and nothing they didn’t let me in so I told them how bad it was that they weren’t doing the right thing allowing some and some were discriminated.
