Worst service ever... As usual with any Mexican government "service"

No examples on English, no one knows English, but they really tried to help us. But suddenly work stopped, when a street saler came in)))

Not the fastest service ever but everything worked well and friendly. Our package arrive in Europe after about 14 days what was great. Got friendly help and information in this office here.

Horrible service...rude , nasty individuals especially to foriegners. No employees speak English nor will they be bothered to help you in any way. I went tried to pick up my package soon as I was notified by my tracker it have arrived Q. ROO CORREOS. The attendant refused to release my package days later they said my address was wrong and had returned my package to U.S. !! I am furious...Please Never Ever use this carrier.. .

Excellent service. They located my package mailed to Colombia to a bad address and returned it to me. Miz Gloria even telephoned me to come pick it up when she was able to locate it after searching for it for many hours. it is not the Post Office fault that they cannot deliver mail in Mexico. The addresses are nearly impossible to find, no one can find the addresses, not taxi drivers, no one. In Mexico the owner of the house selects the number they would like on their house, so there can be several houses on the same street with the same number even though they are far away, and the numbers are not in sequence. Excelente servicio. Señora Gloria localizo mi paquete que yo mande a Colombia a una direccion mala y, despues de muchas horas de trabajo, incluso me telefoneo para avisar me de venir a recoger lo. Tambien mandaron otro paquete pesado a Inglaterra en menos de una semana, a una fracción del costo de otros servicios de entrega.

Terrible terrible terrible, worst service ever. The workers are slow, you spend an hour or 2 hours just waiting in line, when you get to the employee, they are to lazy and ignorant to give you any information over your package. Very rude people *Update: Even if you go early, there is already a line outside of the post office, and the employees still take forever. This is daily, every time I have to get a package from here, it's always like this. Terrible 2+ hours waiting in line, and rude service. Make sure to have a identification card with you, your package paper, and the number. * If you cannot go personally and send someone else, you need; A note written by you saying you give authorization for (. ) to pick up your package, with your signature on the written note. A copy of your I.D. card , and your original I.D card as well. Along with your package paper.

Waited in queue about 20 min, but everything went well. Very friendly staff. Sent a package to Russia, arrived in a month. Sent postcards to Brazil, arrived in almost 2 months.

Tourist rip of! Don't quote understand the price of an small Express letter and gave the Woman behind the counter 200 Pesos. Her colleague came over and filled out a form with me. Now the letter cost more than 600 Pesos. It was to expansive for me and i canceld the shipping. When i asked for my 200 Pesos back, the scammers claimed the hadn't received any money. They didn't give me my money Back. I have never experienced such a brazer fraud at a post office. .
