Very bad experience, they never answer the phone, you can't ask for information, nothing bad, I will never send anything again or buy something that has to do with bad Mexican mail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en todo, nunca llevan los paquetes, y mal servicio en el lugar. Cuando cerraban a las 4 uno iba antes de las 4 ya sea 3:30 y que ya no había nadie pésimo servicio. Menos 10 estrellas
Terrible service at all, they never carry packages, and bad service at the place. When they closed at 4, one would go before 4 or 3:30 and there was no longer any terrible service. Minus 10 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ los paquetes internacionales solo entregan asta la 1 pm no sale esta informacion en el orario vigente que tienen ni en el 01800 no se si sea porque les vale y salen antes o sea verdad que su orario es asta la 1 pm
