Un dia fui a la oficina y tienen los paquetes tirados en el suelo amontonados y no encuentran nada no es nuestro pproblema lo que les paguen y demas pero tengan sentido comun y ordenen su desmadre y hagan su trabajo! My package has three diqs there and they don't bring it home and I call and they don't answer. Terrible disorganization. One day I went to the office and they have the packages thrown on the floor piled up and they don't find anything, it is not our problem what they pay them and others but have common sense and order your chaos and do your job!
D	Denisse Loza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente estoy sorprendida de la mala atención, tengo un paquete parado allí desde hace 10 días y llamó y después de contestarme una vez ( hasta eso el chavo fue amable, sin embargo quedo en ver que pasaba con el paquete y nada) eh llamado más de 8 veces y no me han contestado... Dejan muchísimo que desear. I am honestly surprised at the bad attention, I have a package standing there for 10 days and he called and after answering me once (even that the guy was kind, however I agreed to see what happened with the package and nothing) I called more than 8 times and they haven't answered me ... They leave a lot to be desired.

El repartidor ya tenía el paquete y justo estaba por salir. No sé si realmente lo iba a entregar pronto, pero al menos tuve suerte. La atención fue muy buena y rápida. I went to pick up a package directly after a week of getting there. I got there at 8AM sharp and it was already open. The delivery man already had the package and was just about to leave. I don't know if I was really going to deliver it soon, but at least I was lucky. The attention was very good and fast.

No contestan los correos tampoco. De que sirve la paqueteria si tiene uno que ir por las cosas. Ademas de que el fin de semana no esta abierto a la hora que dice en la pagina. He tenido que ir por los paquetes pero muchas veces me hacen esperar más de media hora para poder encontrar los paquetes. Tienen los paquetes en el suelo y nunca saben donde están.
