Total que ya pasaron 14 meses y esté sobre no llega a su destino... paso a preguntar si el sobre se regresó o preguntar por la ubicación del mismo y sólo me responden que no hay nada y que más no pueden hacer. Podrán tardar en llegar, pero siempre han llegado a su destino. Yo sé que la gente se puede quejar de la lentitud, pero uno obtiene por lo que paga. El costo lo dice todo. Además, en las oficinas siempre han sido muy amables y serviciales. De la atención por teléfono no puedo opinar, porque nunca llamo (voy directamente). Yo lo recomiendo como una opción para cuando no se puede o no se quiere pagar un servicio más caro.
