Be careful with this company, its physical address is not available. Your staff is not trained. They offer you services underwater. They do not give guarantee. They do not give receipts. Customer service is the worst. They dont pay attention to you. Alert do not hire it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención ,quedamos a una hora me avisaron más de 30 minutos después de la hora programada y encima llegaron más de 1 hora tarde.
Los chicos del servicio me pidieron $200 para hacerme el trabajo aún que yo pacte un precio con el dueño de la empresa.
Luego el servicio no me lo hicieron bien y mi sumidero reboso ,intenté contactar al dueño la primera vez que hable me contesto amable pero cuando le dije del problema quedamos a una hora del día siguiente y jamás se presentó le hable para saber si llegarían y jamás me contestaron .
Al día siguiente trate de hablarle de nuevo pero bloqueó mi número para que no lo llame más
Terrible attention, we were at an hour they warned me more than 30 minutes after the scheduled time and on top they arrived more than 1 hour late.
The service guys asked me $ 200 to do the work for me even if I agreed a price with the owner of the company.
Then the service did not do well and my sink overflowed, I tried to contact the owner the first time he spoke, he answered me kindly but when I told him about the problem we were at an hour the next day and he never showed up to talk to us to know if they would arrive and never they replied me .
The next day I tried to talk to him again but he blocked my number so I would not call him again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amables, me gustó su transparencia,ya había contratado servicios pero no podían dar solución, ellos se tomaron la molestia de preguntarme y averiguar cual era mi problema y me explicaron todo. Por fin le dieron solución a mi baño.
Kind, I liked their transparency, I had already hired services but they could not give a solution, they took the trouble to ask me and find out what my problem was and they explained everything to me. They finally gave my bathroom a solution.
