Tacos en Pueblo Serena
El lugar es maravilloso, estas escuchando las fuentes de agua y viendo hacia el jardín.
El servicio amable y empático. La hostess y nuestro mesero muy atentos y no tardan en llevarte tu pedido.
Desde que llevan las salsas y totopos como entrada, es delicioso, mi salsa favorita fue una de las rojas del medio.
Los tacos Gaoneros! 100% recomendados
Tortilla de maíz dorada, con costra de queso, carnita suavecita y aguacate, la orden trae 4 y el precio es razonable, no es barato, pero vale cada centavo.
Hay distintas entradas, papa asada, frijoles charros, papas de galeana.
Todo nuestro pedido estuvo delicioso (tacos de bistec y trompo, papa asada y frijoles)

The place is wonderful, you are listening to the water fountains and looking towards the garden.
Friendly and empathetic service. The hostess and our waiter are very attentive and do not take long to take your order.
Since they have the sauces and chips as a starter, it is delicious, my favorite sauce was one of the red ones in the middle.
The Gaoneros tacos! 100% recommended
Golden corn tortilla, with cheese crust, soft carnita and avocado, the order brings 4 and the price is reasonable, it is not cheap, but it is worth every penny.
There are different entrances, baked potato, charro beans, galeana potatoes.
Our entire order was delicious (steak and top tacos, baked potato and beans)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan cuidado con las salsas en este lugar. nos toco mesa adentro y me di cuenta que estaban sirviendo las salsas en estos botecitos. para mi sorpresa, estaban re-utilizando los botecitos que ya estaban usados por otra mesa. Mismas cucharas y le dejaban la salsa de los comensales anteriores. Se me hace increible que, en la epoca que vivimos, no tengan mas cuidado con estas cosas. Tuve que pedirle al mesero que se asegurara que nos dieran botecitos limpios.
De ahi ya lo unico que queria era irme, si esto lo estaban haciendo a ojos de todo el restaurante, que estara pasando atras?
Be careful with the sauces in this place. We had a table inside and I realized that they were serving the sauces in these little jars. To my surprise, they were re-using the jars that were already used by another table. Same spoons and they left him the sauce of the previous diners. It is incredible to me that, in the time we live in, they are not more careful with these things. I had to ask the waiter to make sure they gave us clean jars.
From there the only thing I wanted was to leave, if this was being done in the eyes of the whole restaurant, what was going on behind?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pueblo Serena is a small Plaza full of restaurants in Carretera Nacional, you can find free parking accessing Acueducto de Villa de Santiago or via Hector Gomez Gonzalez, just make sure to park in the higher parking lot (there are two).
Sera el Sereno is a Mexican Taco’s place, they are very tasty, an indeed, they sell beer.
They also have frijoles charros, and the music will transport you to Old Mexico /Golden Age.
I had a Gringa which is a taco of Trompo meat/cheese/ and flour tortilla and they actually add pineapple which is more of southern cuisine .
Salsas are also very tasty!
I just found a bit dry the trompo meat, but very good flavor!
